Hello,

I want to eat something sweet that is also fatty so that I will not be hungry.

Is there anything that I can have in my fridge?

I tried squirty cream but it's not very filling, if it was a bit more thick, it would be best.
I tried 90% chocolate etc and it is inedible.

Also, ideally I would like more than one flavour, like vanilla, chocolate etc.

Any suggestions?

Oppo who make sugar free ice cream and sugar free cheesecakes. They are sweetened with polyols, alcohol sugars which are a carbohydrates but aren’t always absorbed, some diabetics can tolerate them some it spikes. You have to subtract the polyols from the total carb count.

I just whip some full fat cream with coco powder, pinch of salt, and a bit of instant coffee.
Great desert and you just need a bit to fulfill a craving.
You can do a similar thing with full fat Greek yoghurt, add a dash of vanilla or rum essence for flavour. Careful of the rum essence as it's got a bit more carbs in it.

No sugar jelly and cream is a nice desert, in my opinion, you wouldnt know they are sugar free, the cream satiates your hunger, well it does for me

Here's a ice cream dessert drink that is popular with my grand kids when they visit.

Yo Ho Ho Shake

2 to 3 cups of ice cream (What ever that Aldi Oppo ice cream is called you have in the UK)
½ to 1 cup of milk (not low fat or skim)
3 - 4 tablespoons of Rum (Captain Morgan as most probably you will not get Bundaberg rum)

Put all ingredients into a blender, blend till smooth.

This stuff is deceptive and goes down way to easy.

Don't seem to have them in the UK. Lots of books though!
It might give the OP some encouragement to make his own if he gets a fbomb book.

try this for a taste..Get some fresh double cream, whip it until it begins to solidify (thickness to your liking), sprinkle some 100% cocoa powder, cinnamon, or leave it plain, stir in some Truvia natural Sweetener ( according to the product info, it has no impact on blood glucose or insulin). The dessert Its delicious!! You can even bake some biscuits using almond flour, eggs, butter and truvia, 15 minutes in the oven - really nice with an amazing texture!! and plonk a dollop of the wiped cream on top, or make a real thick cream biscuit! yum yum! delicious!

Half a cup of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and some baobab (Amazon) which is very sweet and used in regions of Africa to lower blood sugar (start with a teaspoon). I was sceptical at first as it is high carb per 100 grams but it is so light that a teaspoon weighs next to nothing, no spikes for me.

I make peanut butter cheesecake fat bombs (https://www.fatforweightloss.com.au/recipe/cheesecake-fat-bombs/ but substitute about a tablespoon of cream cheese for peanut butter) and keep them in freezer. The consistency when frozen is a bit soft and fudgy so it's almost like an ice cream treat!

Alternatively, Oppo and Halo Top ice creams are great and come in loads of flavours - but watch your portion size.

Interesting. I like the sound of that. Without the coffee though...

I whip equal measures of double cream and soft cheese with a bit of eyrthritol and sometimes some vanilla essence (cheesecake top half sort of thing. or mint flavouring (makes it taste like a vienetta)

Or I do a sponge like thing in 90secs in microwave topped with cream
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 egg
Tsp baking powder
1 tbsp melted butter
1tbsp sweetener of choice
Could add cocoa or flavours of choice

Mix well. Microwave til set but not dry. 60-90 seconds

A sachet of gelatin, a sachet of sugar free jelly, make up with just one pint of water, half hot to dissolve, leave a few minutes and keep stirring to make sure it is fully mixed, then add half a pint of cold water, leave to reach room temperature and whip in a carton 250mml of Greek yogurt, and I like to add in lemon juice or lime juice - if from an actual fruit, I give it a good wash in hot water and then take the zest off and add it into the mixture.
It is the sort of thing you can do when making a meal, and it can be tarted up to be special or eaten a couple of times a week.
I find that it doesn't affect my weight, unlike nuts, for instance, and I can eat it with berries if I feel like it.
