I am trying it as a special treat with my evening meal tonight
 
I water down the coffee anyway - straight from the percolator is to strong, so I put in the cream and water, stick the Bamix in and zap it, then add the coffee.
The cream is solid - I get the extra thick ones, so it is not possible to mix it into hot coffee anyway.
 
@Resurgam I have a bamix also so will try this.

@KK123 and @shelley262 - had my first cappuccino for 2 years - it was such a special treat and my frother worked perfectly. Thank you for suggesting using cream. I had really missed my frothy coffee.

@Montyd you have done really well with your blood sugars. A great result. Some good suggestions here re: coffee - hope you have found one you like.
