hi i have been looking very hard for a diet for my mother
as she is a diabetic in a wheel chair and one leg
although she is not a spring chicken being 89 she still has problems with her weight
and of cause this brings more health problems
i have spoken with the medical team and they said a good healthy eating
So i looked around and i found quite a few potions and lotions that were not sutible
but i also found a product without these draw backs as they are no potions to take
in the last three weeks she has lost 4lb in weight

I do say that this is a change in eating habits according to the instructions but it is not a faddy diet

10 years ago, when diag, my 10 year heart attack risk was calculated at 25%.

I've been thoroughly tested for heart risk as one in an Imperial College research project. After 18 months on reduced carb there were no problems to refer to the Dr. See the heart risk threads wear I have uploaded my results.

Interesting 8 yr old thread...but perhaps "APOE4" are not suitable for high animal fats diet...this may be why some respond better to WFPB diet.
