mayo clinic diabetes diet

I am about to start the mayo clinic diabetes diet - I also have the "journal" to register everything! Anyone else tried this?

If you go to the Newly Diagnosed Board on the forum you will find dietary advice. It is basic advice but will help you understand what you should be doing.

I was referring to this - more or less the same but in an easy to follow structured way! I am about to start - having been recently diagnosed it seemed a good idea to follow some sort of diet to get used to a new way of eating! I'd love to hear what you think
