It works by some magic heat transfer thing - I'm not technical, I'm afraid, but it's on the web.

As for "horrible people" - I really don't think that's fair. These people have given me amazing support and help - maybe there's a breakdown in communication somewhere.

I think you misunderstood who I called horrible
I don't mean people who replied to me in this thread
I had in mind people from another forum that when I ask something like 'how to defrost' or 'how to cook fast' etc they accuse me for trolling etc
it was impulsive that I mentioned these horrible people here, I just felt it and said it, but I don't have a specific person in mind here that exhibits that behaviour
 
I am researching a bit, it seems there are many of them, which would be best? some have silicone patches which may be beneficial

It pretty much generates it's own "micro climate".
This produces "greenhouse gasses", raising the temprature of the foodstuff gently by a couple of degrees..

All of which could readily be picked up by doing some basic research. People here have things to do as well.
