Migraines! :(

Triggered by @Brunneria's post, it occured to me that lack of salt might be a cause. Low carb generally implies not eating processed foods. Processed foods do have a lot of salt in the food which you are maybe not replacing in your current diet. As a consequence, your electrolytes balance might have changed, hence headaches/migraines.

Just a thought, of the top of my head ...

Can only talk from personal experience but if I drop my carbs or do a basal test where I take no carbs to check my basal rates I feel ill. Some can deal with no carbs but carbs are an important part of the human diet and some simply cannot cope with low to none

It took me ten days of quite strict low carbing to change over to ketosis from the carb heavy cholesterol lowering diet - and I went rather wobbly at intervals for a day and a half - just stopping the carbs is not the way to make the transition easily. Carbs are actually not all that important to individual humans - but they are of great interest to food processors, supermarkets and agribusinesses.
