OK. After ultra low carbing for a couple of weeks, I saw it is possible to go to low in a post by Borofergie (I hope I spelled that right) I have been trying to stay at 10 or less grams of carbs a day, but have now upped them to between 20 and 30. I am a bit scared of what this will do to my readings as they have been so good, and I am also worried that my weight loss will stop. This is something I really need to do for all aspects of my health. but realise that I am really restricting myself for long term sustainability.
