In other words dieting studies on mice can't be used to extrapolated effects of diet on humans.
Seems to me obvious. I'm not a mice. Neither a cat for that matter.

I'm a human animal and my 'weird' metabolism is different to most humans.
That's why for the last four years, I've have tested, trialled, tested, experimented, tested, experienced, tested, tested, fasted, tested, ate smaller meals, fasted, and tested!
The results are not yet in, because, I'm still learning and experimenting.
I have to find out for myself what works for me.
I do get good results and I read and try different methods and I believe I have a really hard learning curve to get right what is right for me!
I don't trust the medical advice of most doctors, dsns and dieticians. They haven't got it right yet, only my endocrinologist has come closest!
Most would faint with shock and awe, the way I feed my body!
