Well done Rob, what an absolute star...looked through all your tests, and you are proof that there is a huge opportunity to improve all of our lives if we really want to.....

thank you all,
i must be mad today is my youngests birthday and our tradition was always to allow the birthday person to pick a meal and today he wanted my meatball bolognese made the way i always did so no prizes for guessing.............
YEP i did not hold off so well
oh well back to the low carbs :)
Rob.......... :D
p.s it was sooo good

Hi Rob :) Glad you enjoyed it and your son too. No harm in having an occasional treat. Just get back to diet straight away as you have done. I have a small treat every day (counting the carbs in my daily total) - I have that to think about when I am tempted to stray and the thought of it keeps me on track. :) Did you play Mr Tambourine Man for him? Or does he think it's too "old-fashioned"

Hi Rob,

Thats great news - as somebody who has just been diagnosed - can you give me further information on how you have managed to acheive this?

I also hope that I can avoid the medications for as long as possible with diet and life style change

Darren
