My latest HbA1c results...

Was diagnosed is Jan 19 with an hba1c of 95 in April It was 50. In August it was 46 and now, December it is 43 I am over the moon to say the least, though I've now decided to stop testing so often, as I still test 6 times a day and I'm still seeing 6-7s which annoys me but I'm obviously doing something right. I'll still keep doing what I'm doing diet wise and testing new foods
Fingers crossed I'll be at none diabetic levels by my next hba1c

Hopefully - if you stick to the same sort of meals you will see your numbers going down.
Once I got below 8 mmol/l after meals I ate exactly the same amounts of carbs from the same foods, but gradually my numbers drifted down to below 7 - which I assumed - hoped, perhaps, was me being able to cope with that amount of carbs a little better.
