Hi, I'm trying to put together a menu for myself that includes baked foods like cake and muffins etc... but it's really difficult
trying to figure out what substitutes I can use for things like vegtable oil, baking soda etc...
I also would like to be able to make a smoothie that tastes like banana mixed with chocolate but I have no idea what I could use instead of banana.
Im thinking I would most probably have to make my own chocolate using Stevia instead of sugar. So if someone could share a chocolate recipe, that would be great.
I only want to eat a meal if it has NO Sugar, and if possible, NO Sodium in it.
So with that in mind I was hoping users on the forum could share some recipes for the following meals. Thanks!
Chocolate Cake (Using Stevia)
Muffins
Brownies
Banana and Chocolate Smoothie
Curry sauce with rice
Soup
Vegeburgers
I was wondering if users could also recommend a online shop that sells a quality brand of vegeburger. I have read that quite a lot of vegeburgers
have ingrediants in them that are not that good for you're health, so suggestions of a well respected brand are appreciated. I'm also looking for a quality brand of muesli and yogurt.
Thanks!
