Hi just before i started the diet, did anyone eat in between the shakes !!
i read about that on top of the shakes you can still have up to 200cals of vegetables , is this correct
i am going to use the shakes and wight onesWhat shakes are you on?

When I varied the diet for social reasons (on that one occasion) I had really acute stomach cramps. Not pleasant. Not suggesting you don't enjoy yourself - but be aware there may be some discomfort. (Not enough to put me off though!)

Well I think its not really a drop if you see as I used STW which costs about a pound a shake so thats 3 pounds a dayCheers @brettsa. One other thing is the drop in food bills when shopping at the moment too!
Looking forward to moving on to LCHF regime at the end as I did "do Atkins" & quite liked it several years ago - I do like my meat.

Totally agree, apologies to Pipp, she was an inspiration on how she stuck to it with fantastic end results, BTW I am ft 6.2 and 242 lbs, so a BMI of 30.1.DONT FORGET @Pipp she's our veteran and always have very good advise
