Hi just before i started the diet, did anyone eat in between the shakes !!
i read about that on top of the shakes you can still have up to 200cals of vegetables , is this correct

this is my second week on the ND, BP is basically the same as you, BG is levelled out in the 6s on waking, from 12 to 13, and I've lost 12 lbs, so very happy with the progress, gonna be a long old slog, but knew that from the other 500+ posts
