hey dear there is lots of treats you can eat and also foods, you just need to learn to eat in a totally other way, all kinds of nuts you can eat most kinds of cheese all kinds of meat and fish (but without coating though), tomatoes cucumbers olives salats , zuchini, lidl high protein rolls instead of bread.
berries, Strawberries , Rasberries, blueberries with creme or sourcream,
Avoid bread , pasta, potatoes and grains ... sugar and cakes and sweets and anything with sugar , juice, fruits..
