I have been eating very low carbs to bring down my BG for almost the last 3 weeks and have not lost anything at all. I am actually doing it mainly to lower the BG but I keep reading about the terrific weight loss as well and wondered what I am doing wrong?
I am eating low/no carbs and using cream, butter and oil for cooking and I eat a good portion of low carb veg with each meal? Any ideas?
