Obesity, T2 and my right to eat the diet that will heal me

I don’t disagree with a lot of what you are saying in your post.

I do question the bit about when exactly ancient man started eating carbohydrates. The rest I am comfortable with. On going carnivore, I choose not to for a number of reasons. If I need to at some point then I will.
Great, I like your devil's advocate posts. I keep an open mind. I am disappointed by studies as they are often computer generated extrapolations of existing tortured data that already didn't pass the hazard ratio of 2 (so why bother is my point).

When when now see that for every 2 persons diagnosed in the UK with Type 2, 1 is under 35 years old (https://www-express-co-uk.cdn.amppr...3&referrer=https://www.google.com&amp_tf=From %251%24s&ampshare=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.express.co.uk%2Flife-style%2Fhealth%2F1003666%2Fdiabetes-patients-under-35-type-2-young-people-diagnosis) this "real" data (not relative) trumps anything in the other links. I ask what is different in a generation, it used to be called late onset Type 2 Diabetes (and sugar diabetes); the majority would get this in their late 60's or 70's, so what is the new switch - I have my ideas.

Are pancreas's weaker, are we using them too much, is the sugar load too high, is it metabolism. This constant trying to fit a high carb square into a body that wants a round has failed.
