I am really happy. I know my health investigation is not done but with what I'm doing makes me so happy that I want to cancel ALL doctors appointment next year since my happiness got me occupied. It's not even New Year yet and I've already made New Year resolution.
- Be a polygot. Keep on learning new languages. To me I've learned arabic and french for a very long time & now I'm adding mandarin chinese to my language list. Then, when you're done being a polygot, why not be something more than just a polygot? I'm not sure what its called but learning language for coding/programming or for the blind&deaf is great opportunity! Besides, the more languages we learned, will improve our mental health and restore memory!
- Learn how to play piano.
- Be an illustrator for instagram. (right now I'm trying to do lots of sketches and painting before posting to get myself active)
- I participate in alot of sports recreational activities (running, swimming, tennis, other meetups for sports like running for marathon, etc...) so to prove to people you are fit with whatever health condition
- Volunteering (I have been volunteering at museums!! so much fun, soon volunteering for the blind as an impared vision myself and many others, I've made lots of friends -- whatever the age, whatever the people, I'm not picky, really.)
- Holiday season is finally here!! I'm gonna apply to work at retail, should be fun during holiday season right? Besides, the salary would rise up! And take the opportunity to learn how to wrap gifts!
You can try all of this to! its just something every young adult love to do. Thanks to my friends who have been teaching me not to think too much about my illnesses. I am very distracted now, attending to work and classes! Whew!
And I miss my English teacher who has passed away just last Sunday, this has just made it worse for my depression.
