you can't. Sex is far from the only cause of hypoglycemia, and hyperglycemia is not always a romantic dinner. Why don't you just talk to her?

If she's taking a brisk walk, having a stressful day at work, having nightmares, her blood sugars could be all over the place too. Truth be told, I'm not entirely sure what you're doing with her results on your phone. Talk to her, you two have stuff to work through, obviously.

If my partner would join a forum to ask a bunch of diabetics for help catching me cheating, and try to use my chronic illness to find out, I would end the relationship today, no matter if I were cheating or not.

Do you have the 'follower' app because your partner asked for you to have Libre blood glucose readings to keep her safe? So that you would be able to help her during a serious hypo? If that is so, then she trusts you.

Yes i do but she has been acting strange the last couple of weeks just want to know what to look out for on the libre graph please can you help

There’s nothing on the libre or the graph that can tell you if she’s cheating, it’s for diabetes control not spying, can you not just ask her what’s wrong? Maybe she’s just not happy about something or not feeling well if she’s not herself

It is unlikely that your partner's 'strange' behaviour has anything to do with being diabetic. I'm afraid you will just need to have a discussion with her, as others have mentioned. Blood glucose readings will show nothing to prove, or disprove, your suspicions. Please ask your partner to explain the various readings on the graph. I hope you can sort things out.

Mine does that as well, doesn't mean I'm cheating on anyone, just means my bloodsugar is going up and dow, and yes those dips and rises can be at any level

There are about 5 billion reasons (ok maybe not 5 billion, but there are actually about 40ish reasons) why your bloodsugar can change, and no the graph does not always go in a nice rolling hills kind of way, mine rarely does - even with help from any automode with my pump.

Adding to what Rokaab said above, when my readings go that high it makes me feel so unwell that I can be short-tempered with people. It means nothing more than that I do not have the energy for a chat, when I'm trying to correct the readings. Same when the readings are too low.
