Hi @Irishmist66 . Neither Ready brek or porridge are good choices if you are using low carb way of eating. Ready brek , being highly processed, has more carbs than porridge, which is also quite high at around 20 gr of carb per serving. Your choice, and I don’t know what type of diabetes you have, or if you are on medication?I was wondering fir a change is ready brek OK to have
