Just had a vision of a grease stained envelope flopping onto the floor one morning. Although if the Post Man knows what's good for him he'll scarf it down before it got to my place...
Just to clarify - I wouldn't sit and eat fat on it's own (except Pork Scratchings!), I just don't trim it off food, nor am I afraid to add some to food.
