doesn't feel like living to meI think you are just living....
Nothing you have said above is jumping out as being alarming or a **** metabolism...
I eat 12g carbs, give or take, from veg and fruit (avocado).Stupid question but are you having any carbs? Because if you are counting the carbs and correcting for the ones that sugar you will feel awful and will be dropping faster than expected.
It's hard to explain and I don't want to overstate it. It's just that, right after eating, it's like a hypo only much much lighter. I don't feel faint or anything like that, but i feel a bit 'delicate'. A little while later and it's fine, apart from the odd hunger pang which i still can't fully eradicate. Most people on LCHF say they barely feel hungry or even eat 3 meals a day.As I said before, that's not a hypo. When you don't have diabetes, your blood sugar moves up and down without you knowing because you don't test, of course.
Everyone feels hungry - nothing to be concerned about there. As for the 'woozy' feeling, what exactly did it feel like? If I was you, I'd return to your doctor and mention this feeling and ask him/her to rule out obvious causes like blood pressure or an adrenal surge, etc
Sounds about right.Just as a side note last year I was on the lean in fifteen diet. I had advacado bacon and egg and I didn't feel 100% afterwards. I remember as I was taking my son swimming on holiday and I had to get out of the pool and test. I was around 6 and confused.

That sounds plausible, but then again what do I know. I'm not a doctor. My GP just thinks I have a very reactive metabolism. Previous tests revealed nothing, back in the day. All I can do really is see the specialist I think. Everytime my blood pressure has been tested they tell me it's fine though, and they like to test blood pressure!I can't remember if I've already mentioned this, but there's also something called Postprandial Hypotension, where your blood pressure drops when you eat.
I really do think a visit to the doctor might help. It could be nothing to do with your endocrine system at all, so don't wait for the appointment. To my mind, you've ruled out hypos, so look to other causes so that another condition isn't missed @ghost_whistler
Due note that some meters do over read more than others and that 5.0 could easily be 3.9. Sometimes I feel dizzy after about 60 minutes from eating and I check and I'm 4s but notice by checking again I've gone up, meaning I was low and my liver has jumped in to save the day(as it should dump glucose or I would be unconscious)but still feeling the effects for a while. I normally get this when I do cardio in the hours beforehand as the carbs I've eaten are being taken up quicker to refill stores.
Personally, I've have to eat over 140g or I'm dizzy all day with very low blood glucose these days, so very low carb it's not for everyone, and best to find a balance you and body are happy with.
