Sorry to have to go through all this again.
Today when I ate breakfast I felt ever so slightly woozy afterwards. I checked my BS and it was between 5 and 6. I further checked a couple of times and it dipped an entire point. I know that's not hypo, but it had me worried. Sometimes it's like my metabolism has some issue digesting the food I eat, even low carb (breakfast was a cooked pork slice, an avocado with some linseeds, and some kale.
Also, just recently this evening, I got pretty strong hunger pangs and felt I had to eat something. My BS was 5.1. I do get hunger pangs, even on low carb, from time to time. I put it down to stomach acid and it usually disapppears, but this was pretty strong and I felt almost a little breathless.
It's going to be ages before i see an endocrinologist. They only sent the letter off last week. If i go to the GP, and i probably will later this week, they are not going to be keto sympathetic and I would hate to have to abandon all this as it seemed to be working,
Are these kinds of symptom normal for this? I've been doing this 4 weeks, this thursday.
