For me, monster 6.8 but that was after an evening out with some pizza.
Weighed a slice from the doggie bag and I think based on weight and the 3 slices I had, seems around 140g of carbs yesterday which for me at least is HUGE. Im normally under 50, I don't eat pasta, bread, spuds rice, crisps etc anymore so I only have the background carbs from maybe some chopped carrots, gravy etc.
Driving home I felt really weird, like I was drunk and got the shakes (only lasted a few minutes) so got the wife to drive, quick prick (funar) told me I was 8.2, was 4.8 before eating, normally don't go over 6.5 if that, nowadays.
Still in the low sixes, it must be my "level"! It's where I've been for about two years now, no matter what I do to try to lower it. Hey Ho. Keep plugging away.
New contract. New job nerves woke with a 5.9. Was 5.8 yesterday. Could be some liver action in there. Sleep has been a little broken.
It's normally 5. Can be lower this early.
