Regular moderate exercise log

Oh, maybe that’s it. Would you be able to post the link here, or on the ‘what have you eaten today’ thread? (I use the forum app and I dont get all the functionality of the website, and Ive no idea how to insert a link. )
@ianpspurs your presence is requested!

Evening all.
13k steps for me today, plus 30mins swimming lengths without a break.
Plus 15 mins static cycling with 3x20sec at highest resistance.
Phew! Feeling plum tuckered out now.

Where is the supergirl rating when I need it and just using plum tuckered must have a winner of its own

Here’s the link - sorry so late responding. Only had time to wolf down dinner after work before heading to Pilates. Only just back.

@ianpspurs for you on behalf of @DJC3

Lower limbs still protesting loudly. Despite my best efforts to rest clocked up 15,498 steps, a good chunk of which were caused by Google maps sending me round in circles trying to find a new venue for my Pilates class. One of those low key venues that is so unknown that the pub I went into to ask for directions and professed never to have heard of it turned out to be right next door!

Just an 18 minute swim, 750m by my swim watch but hard to keep speed up as the pool was heaving, and after being kicked a few times gave up

Leg day tomorrow...

15 mins static cycling this morning, no high resistance intervals as I was just too hot to think about getting even hotter.
16.5 k steps - walked to and from hospital as I thought it’d be cooler than sitting on a stuffy bus.

Hot from the start today and waiting for news from the stork. Will make the 10k steps and did 30 mins static bike at 21.34 hrs averge hr was 104 so wasn't pushing myself but not totally slacking.

Well I am totally lazy.. said it. I walk to the fridge and walk to the car and I drive down the road to Sainsburys.

6 weeks after being diagnosed I am finally starting to feel better in myself and I have noticed my energy levels have increased so once this heatwave is over I might take up some exercise. Small steps and all that.

Squats last night "only" took 20minutes to get under the bar as still learning this new fangled technique 75kg 5x3, and as an added bonus I thought I had to fall over on my last set!!! very entertaining.

Take care everyone.

Welcome to the thread @Jaz006! We're a friendly bunch and great at celebrating achievements.

My exercise level was about identical to yours, except it was walk to the bus stop... three years on I'm now just off to walk to the city centre 6 miles away. By choice. Before it gets too hot!! Walking tends to happen early and late at the moment, and am regularly reminding myself a siesta is good in the heat.

Friday legs day as I missed yesterday (tho I got some pool time in) staying light, up to 65kg squats but 12 reps and 5 sets, leg extensions and curls, machine leg press (was ok on my knee) and some sets of calf raises and I'm happy enough with that

Absolutely no exercise today. Worked from home and stayed firmly on the sofa aside from regular visits to the freezer/fridge for ice cubes and cold drinks. Was planning on a walk after dinner, but heavy storms all around. Maybe the rest will do legs good.

Made it to the city centre, had a look at Dippy the Dinosaur, who's on tour here at the moment, had a splendid meal out to celebrate Elder Godson's birthday, did a few errands and walked part way back.
