Hi all. Officially a rest day today but have somehow got to 22,861 steps. Aided by two brisk 45 minute walks to and from physio appointment and a 25 minute brisk walk on the way to work. The rest was just general getting around.
Almost detoured to the gym on the way back from physio but decided that over enthusiasm and pushing too hard was what landed me with the physio in the first place. It’s just the ridiculous levels of energy that come with the Keto diet that need channelling somehow.
Enforced sedentaryness tomorrow as all day work trip to Manchester.
Thanks but I know what's in the tank and how I feel - ATM very sub-optimal or should I say Spursy. Very interesting the Keto energy. The times I have seen ketones around 4 haven't been accompanied by that.@ianpspurs and @DJC3 you do yourselves a disservice!
Reading @stuffedolive, @Japes and the allegedly resting @Goonergal is enough to humble me. 15.4k steps today neither really pleased me nor did a whole lot for bg control or fitness, The major point in its favour is that it must be better than doing 0 steps.
