Probably, but been going on for 9 months and everyone I’ve seen is baffled as to why walking - I can’t run due to arthritic knee - should be causing so many problems.
So proud of myself today.
2 walk outs. So 4 walking sessions and less painful walking..., well a tad less painful.
New tablets work well when no inflammation. If only I knew what triggers the inflammation in my fingers and forearms side effect. Wish I could say getting less as I get used to dihydrocodeine but not yet. Just started 2nd batch of 100. So 2-3wks of it but tingling, numbness and pins and needles no less apparent either.
I would have said something to P.T "trainer" I use the term loosely as I have forgotten more than they will ever know (not arrogant I have seen some of the shocking things that they "train") and said I will do sets in between, you all pay your money to train, even the buffoons !!!!. Glad you did your front squats too.Legs tonight, but no squats as the rack was busy, working up to 220kg x 6 on a plate machine (with knee wraps) but would have preferred squats, calve raises on a smith machine as there's no calf raise machine, leg curls and an abrupt 'get off the machine I'm using it' from a new personal trainer as I went to use the leg extension machine, so did some front squats in the now empty squat rack to watch said P T & client lean on the machine I wanted to rest in-between their sets of walking lunges, so I bothered the centre manager on my way out to complain.
Sport centre's going downhill since the take over

I know what you mean about leg pressing, and about the manly P.T, hope the manager has a word with her.PT was a woman, as was her client, and she didn't have correct stability doing her weight free lunges (I have the old 'BAWLA' leaders certificate) and she'd not had her stretch up before starting either, I'd have happily shared the machine but the option wasn't offered and the rudeness offended me, but as she was a very manly lass I didn't feel comfortable saying what I was thinking.
The manager will have a word, I kind of know the guy as he did me a favour sorting a lifeguard to count my young uns lengths as she gained her distance award certificates a couple of years back and he's a regular swimmer, it wasn't the not getting on the machine that annoyed me, just the real bad attitude from someone leaning on it to rest.
And breathe
Edit, front squats, I like these as the second exercise, normal squat sets first then the front ones as a lighter higher rep session, which is more forgiving on my 51 year old kneesand this morning I've remembered that the leg press machine promotes bad form when you load too heavy straining the lower back...
