I got transferred to a different ward but yay I get to stay. Although looking at some of the occupants in my new ward I think they may be some of our escaped room 101 inhabitants

No, just like bad dogs it is the people training them at fault. So bad parents and bad dog owners. Amnesty given if parents are teenagers but only if they are willing to change.
