They are really meaty and moorish Defren arn't they! I like mackarel too but sardines have a real filling type effect:thumbup:

I had to run into town today to pick up eldest so grabbed a few more tins while I was there. :lol: Such a cheap yet healthy and filling quick lunch, I can't imagine why I didn't think of them before this thread. Still, better late than never. I grabbed some Mackerel as well when in Sainsbury's yesterday.![]()
