A wonderful friend posted this on Facebook today. It's marvellous don't you think?

"Don't ruin a good today by thinking about a bad yesterday".

I do think that it might be said not to obsess about a bad yesterday really, sometimes it's hard to let go of it and not just from yesterday either. What about all that stuff we hang onto from our lives? What a wonderful thing it would be to live in the moment, just for now. :)

And it's true that worrying about stuff we would do better to forget about really does mess up the 'now'. :D

I think everyone has times where they "obsess" about a bad yesterday. It can be a bad thing if we dont learn from it. I think to give time to negative experiences can be a good learning curve obsessing over those things is more likely to cause damage, bitterness. We need the dark to appreciate the light dont you think?

A man has to learn that he cannot command things, but that he can command himself; that he cannot coerce the wills of others, but that he can mold and master his own will: and things serve him who serves Truth; people seek guidance of him who is master of himself.

If you stay preoccupied with the questions, you might not discover the answers!

People believe what they want to believe. They also believe what people in leadership tell them.

That is their first mistake!

I like this one, it seems a great way to feel better :)
