Seedless low carb bread

Can anyone recommend store bought low carb bread without seeds please. I have diverticular disease and have been advised to avoid anything containing seeds etc that could become trapped and cause a flare up. Many thanks.

Not store bought but I use this company on occasion, it’s a bit more expensive but I keep it in the freezer and use it now and again.

Thank you all for your comments and suggestions. As I follow a "low" carb way of eating I don't eat much bread but like Rachox said I enjoy the odd slice of buttered toast ( real butter) with a meal or 1/2 slice of toasted cheese (white bread+ butter) as a treat but cannot eat bread with whole seeds. As lovinglife said it's the whole grains that cause the problem with diverticulitis. Most store bought bread either has too many carbs or the low carb bread is seeded. I will definitely look up the Low Carb Company. Thanks again. :)

When I was diagnosed with this several years ago my gastroenterologist suggested I start eating seeds as they are the right kind of fibre that keeps everything moving through, and getting constipated was definitely not recommended.
I've followed his advice for over 10 years now, no further diverticulitis and regular motions too.
Best advice I ever followed .

This study found an inverse association for diverticulitis.

Also concurred by the Mayo Clinic.

Now I don't suffer this, so I have no personal experience on it. There are other clinics saying the same, such as the Cleveland Clinic, and JAMA. Even WebMD joins in the fray.
I’ve had it for as long as I’ve had T2, was diagnosed both in hospital when I had bad infection and abscess (severe diverticulitis) diverticula is the disease diverticulitis is when it flares up and infection occurs. I have to admit that I can eat anything including seeds, nuts etc, everything they say I shouldn’t, I haven’t had a flare up for many years, if I get constipation even for one day I take sennacot to go the next day. I think my keto diet helps enormously to keep diverticulitis at bay

I notice they use Psyllium Husk Powder. That put me in A&E with suspected kidney stones (the pain was pretty unbearable (I was howling)). Be careful, I can't believe it suits everybody.

A couple of slices a day.
Hmm, I too have had kidney stones and yes was horrific pain, but I doubt the culprit of yours was psyllium husk, or indeed the bread at all. That, like a lot of low carb fibres are more likely to cause digestive issues such as diarrhoea and bloating and flatulence. Kidneys are a different part of the system altogether . Might just have been coincidence. Hope you stay well.

It's what is marketed as Fibrogel and is given to lots of people on prescription!
Did you take large amounts of it?
I was actually on it for a couple of years when first diagnosed with diverticula disease. Haven’t taken it for years but it kept me regular and smooth, I agree I doubt very much it was the 2 slices of bread because of the psyllium husk @buddyscott. Did the hospital say that’s what it was?

It was 3 visits to A&E with cases of severe dehydration. One xray just showed a blocked kidney. The hospital had no idea. when I stopped the pyslliium bread (which I'd recently added to my diet) it all went away. That was like 15 years ago. I have very dry skin - that's a symptom of something I guess.

The dehydration is the key, and probably the cause of the kidney stones. Hope you've kept your fluid levels up ever since.
