Of course you can Jo!
Anyone else who wants one...
Don't mind but can only do it if you give me some idea of quantity. Could be grams of carbs or weight overall or each thing or "1 egg", "2 carrots" that kind of thing. Just saying "I had chicken and peas is not enough" I'm afraid. I am assuming SS Milk and 70% dark chocolate unless you say otherwise and will assume LOW FAT versions of things unless you say otherwise.
Grazer said:Thanks for my donut! Not sure how I got to 195 grams carbs though-can you elucidate? My simple sums say my small dinner days gave 145 grams and big dinner days 165, ignoring wine and snacks. If big/little meals are 50% spread that's 155 plus snack, although I probably have more small than big by two to one. Wine is 5 grams ish but only 3 days a week say, although I confess I ignore that 'cos of alcohol effect, and nuts/cream can't be much. What am I missing? I figured about 160 a day with snacks ex booze. Not that I mind. Like the idea of being a big carby geezer, but can't see past the 160. Was it I didn't give you enough info? How would that change my donut? Do I lose the Jam?
xyzzy said:Hey Sid glad you noticed that as I was about to point it out. What do you reckon? Are you really surviving on 1200 cals / day as that's well into starvation diet territory for a big strapping lad like yourself?
I'll stick it through fatsecret if you want and see if I can spot any differences as like you say it's quite a mystery. It's not perfect but seems good enough to get a rough idea.
