Can’t show you cause I’ve eaten it lol, but today I had “proper” breakfast food (as opposed to the usual leftovers I have e.g. yesterdays brekkie was chicken stirfry from the night before.) So today I had 2 soft boiled eggs with 2 slices of keto bread and a cup of black coffee

No pictures, but my breakfast is normally my lunch.

So today: a couple of baby beets, soft goats cheese, a few ready cooked chicken pieces, with watercress, fresh thyme and avocado mayo. Followed by a few Bramley apple slices cooked in a bit of butter, cinnamon, and erythritol gold, with 6-7 fresh blackberries and crème fraiche. To drink - a mug of tea consisting of a turmeric tea bag and a green tea one combined. I have to admit to sneaking 2 pieces of Lindt cranberry and hazelnut dark chocolate :hungry: to round it off, but I got off lightly: pre meal level 6.1 and post 7.1, which are still nicely within my preferred target range.

No pic (it looks like a turmuric dyed cowpat  )

but it is a scoop of collagen powder, a scoop of Purition Turmeric & Black Pepper vegan protein powder, a large dollop of coconut yog, and a splurge of kefir.
All stirred together.
approx 500 calories, and approx 12g of very slow digesting carbs and 6g of fibre

Also supplements, incl food form vit C, B12, folate, magnesium, kelp and sea buckthorn oil

delicious, nutritious, contains the pre and pro biotics I’m looking for, and sets me up for around 5 hours or more.

I have to eat as my morning pills would try to dissolve my stomach if I didn't, otherwise I wouldn't bother with breakfast.
Usually, it is two spoons of milled flaxseed with one of chia seeds, plus cinnamon, a pinch of salt and a few seeds or a couple of chopped nuts. Cooked in hot water, then a spoon of coconut milk added in and served with double cream.
Doesn't make for a pretty picture but tastes fine.

Mug of tea
2 boiled eggs
Homemade low carb banana & walnut bread toasted with butter
Fresh coconut, blueberries & raspberries
Chlosteral lowering yogurt drink
Not letting me add a photo

No breakfast, but yesterday's brunch was an avocado and a piece of cheese. Today's will be lumpy soup, which is brewing now, and dinner will be roast beef with sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli.

Cinnamon and pecan no-grain-ola , with a tablespoon of greek yoghurt, two slices of my favourite store bought keto hemp/sourdough bread with butter and stevia sweetened marmalade. 2nd breakfast (German style - having two breakfasts when working from home) - six leftover swedish meatballs (dietdoctor recipe with cream cheese - super yum!) out of the fridge, with homemade French herbed and spiced leftover veggies tomato sauce. Washed down with lots of tea, and coffee with cream. (I have a pretty hearty appetite.) All super yum.

Out to breakfast this morning , since today is a day off.

Will be bacon and eggs and decaf tea.

Mr B is planning on thick pancakes and maple syrup since I failed my wifely duties on Tuesday and omitted to provide him with a large stack on Shrove Tuesday. I did offer low carb pancakes, but was told (in no uncertain terms!) that those would not satisfy his ravening carby pancake requirements. :D:hilarious::D So now he gets to buy me brekkie instead.
