Humans that only take.
Pre diagnosis sleep would be badly broken. Now I hit the pillow around 2230 and I'm out till 4.30. 6 at the weekend.

I went to bed at 11pm, woke at 5am, and tested then, went back to sleep until 8am, so a bit less than 9 hours in total.

Tue/Wed 7 hours, Wed/Thurs 8 hours. Thurs/Fri 6 hours, last night 9 hours.
