Type 2 Sleeping (how Many Hours Did You Sleep Last Night?)

Ive always had spells on insomnia, from a couple of nights to a couple of weeks often as little as 2-4 hrs sleep. Since diagnosis and going low carb my Fitbit blaze confirms it’s improved. It still happens but not as often or for as long. Each night I’m up to about 7 hrs from less than 6. Also I have gone from 40mins deep sleep to around 80mins or more and fewer disturbances.

And on the occasions I sleep badly I can see that’s also when bgl is that bit higher.

Only 6 hours last night, I haven't adjusted to the clocks going back yet.

had a broken sleep again last night but oh well need make an appointment for Docs levels going high for no reason can mean infection and chest is iffy sighs

Monday night 7 and a half hours.

Wednesday night 8 hours.
Thursday night 7 hours.

Just discovered my recent waking up through night for a wee is Dapagliflozin side affect.
Another side affect causing additional problems.

If only diabetic drugs had no side affects!!!! Now if only that dream was reality.
