Oh that wall of doom sounds a curse. Can you get anyone else to assist?

What about trying out the leisure centre bikes when you get a chance. I don't know how you manage on any bike with all the wall of doom stuff though.

I only do ground level. Mr e does the next two tiers as I am scared of heights and open ladders. Only takes a couple of hours to paint my bit then rest is in and out spraying it all down so it cures properly. Suppose I could have bought a tin of masonry paint and slapped it on, but it is a very old house so we are trying to restore it to the old fashioned breathable materials it was built with. At least it is all good exercise and tbh I think the physical stuff was helping my anxiety as I was far better when doing it every day.
 
Today I walked down the road. Walked around the garden, did some dog training. (I threw the ball, I retrieved the ball, about 15 times, dog couldn't be bothered. Very intelligent, realised I need the exercise more). Walked back up the road. Paced around the garden. Still only been active for 25 mins. Haven't yet managed the kicking of my own backside, but there is time yet.
 
40 minutes on bike and 1 1/2 hrs on wall of doom. Sitting doing some leg stretches as I waste evening on internet, again.
 
35 minutes on my bike and 10 minutes walk.
Its finally stopped raining lol
 
Right. Off with computer and away to do physio exercises.
Fed up being cooped up, have to get to pool tomorrow. (I hope).
 
Bored with physio, but managed a lie down and some gentle Pilates to make up the time.
 
I got up too early this morning and walked for 35 minutes, not that quickly because it wasn't light enough. I got scared and came back home because there was someone else out walking too , so I'll have to remember it's not June anymore!

Managed to get to the pool. Relieved that aqua coach was away. Gave me opportunity to work at my own pace. 50 mins swimming and aqua exercise in almost deserted pool. Saved sleep inducing meds til I got home. Feel better for it.
 
25 minutes walking so far. Will try and get on bike later but vision still bit blurry from eye scan.

scan was ok- up to six weeks to get results!! And I've to sort out optician appointment for all the other usual tests as they only do scan.

So I did 25 minutes on bike after dinner as well. Needed to as BS too high at 1hr for my liking - down to 6.3 ( or 5.8 if strips are out by .5 ) at 2grs so happier with that . And it meant I got a 12g cheese portion in bed. Go me.

Just home from a lovely night. Danced for ages ( left nightie under pillow Pipp lol.). Danced so much that my hair was stuck to my head.
Went out feeling great, hair lovely ,
didn't need glasses because of new contacts
Dress fits because of activity ..
After an hour dancing ..hair stuck to head
Make up ran
Face bright red from exhertion
Really noticed bags under my eyes.
I am 49 on Sunday , boy did I look it lol
Going to Debenhams on pay day for eye cream lol

Maybe I was Brigit Jones in a past life haha
 
.....at least you enjoyed it @Jamrox and wish I was forty nine :confused:

Bit of a bug the last couple of days so hardly any activities but brighter this morning so will see how it goes..
