Step into Spring

Hi muzza3 hope you had a good few days . I get amazed when I use hotel gyms too , this becomes addictive you know lol.
It's starting to warm up here in Scotland , my daughters in Melbourne and it's funny to see her with a cardigan on at night .

Thanks Jamrox
I certainly did have a great time but I don't think I need worry about becoming addicted to gyms. In fact as I type this I am avoiding jumping on the treadmill. By coincidence I drove thru the outskirts of Melbourne on Thursday (I think I drove about 900km on the day)

Oh I'm not addicted to gyms , can't stand licra ( far to many bumps lol).
I've got an exercise bike (aka numb bum ) I go for lots of walks and tonight I danced along to Craig Charles funk and northern soul for half an hour, loved it . Also scraped the top layer of paper off my living room .

I face timed my daughter this morning , she's having a blast. Her friend is working at the F1 Grand Prix ,now I am jealous .

Handing in sick note today.
Can't face food or exercise.
:(

It has become a great city to visit and it really turns it on for the F1

Managed a short walk this morning. Going to look for pottering jobs in the garden this afternoon as the sun is shining. Still don't feel like eating, but my theory on lower BG has been disproved. It is higher by average of 2.0 today.
Pah!

Hope you feel better soon Pipp.
The sun is shining hers too .
I've had a bit of a wasted day trying to buy cushions , curtains and lamps .Bought one ceiling light but couldn't agree with the hubby about the rest . I'm going to go and buy them tomorrow when he's at work haha.
He's very hungover and sleeping now , poor soul haha .

Hi all, we went to Edinburgh for a couple of days. Saturday was absolutely glorious so we walked from our hotel in the old town down to Broughton Street and then along Princes Street where we had a picnic in Princes Gardens. Total walking time over 2 hours!

Edinburgh is my favourite place

Hello everybody . I've been away for a few days but home now. 1 hours swimming today and 45 lengths. :)

This walking things becoming addictive. Woke up early this morning and got up at 4.45 ... decided to walk to the station (about 2.5 miles) and was out of the door at 5.45. Rather annoyed to just miss the 6.30 train and have to wait half an hour for the next one so went for a bit of a wander while I was waiting for it.

Total steps for the day 15,873 (just over 7.5 miles) :)

A counryside walk. Just to stop the fitness tracker nagging.

Busy day scraping and trotting in and out of garage to tumble drier .
Doesn't sound much but I was on my feet for ages
