Run this morning (not too much hopping) then a few more sit-ups and a bit of upper body toning too! Bingo wings begone! :joyful:

I love it too , it helps to keep me motivated . There's a group of us been doing challenges since May . They have kept us going
 
I did 20 minutes at lunch time and 35 minutes after tea. It was good to get out
 
30 minutes at lunchtime and the around 20 minutes energetic play with my 3yr old nephew.....

I also agree with Mo53... This is a brilliant thread, I find it very motivational, :)

Drove to Llandudno then Bangor.
Then went to Bethesda and on to Betws-y-Coed
A little later had lunch in Penmaenmawr and then drove back home.
Enough exercise for a week there!
 
Sorry had a really busy day yesterday so didn't manage to keep active at all. Today I have a day off, so will try to get out and make up for it.

Skive day yesterday as I'm in lot of pain. Hopefully ditching the meds will help but I'm taking it slowly. Going to have a walk today at some point.
 
I've had a manic week at work , have been a little bit active but not enough to post on here . Been working early till late. Worked from home today , started at 8 and worked right through till 3 then went for a long walk with my neighbour.

:(Feel better soon. Any activity is a bonus - put some loud rocking music on and jiggle yourself silly for a track. (Closing the curtains from prying neighbours is optional)
I got myself out for a run the last couple of days. Weather was a bit off-putting, but looking on the bright side I won't need to exfoliate my face for a week.:D

Walked 20 minutes into town. Just as I got dropped off the blizzards started so I looked like a snowman by the time I got into town. I'll do some gentle sit ups later and maybe iron so that will have to do.
 
Hello everyone. I haven't been able to log on for a couple of days because of Internet problems. I've been up and down ladders painting and I decided that my purchase of light fittings and getting them home on the bus was very closely akin to weight training! Wonderful pictures of the snowy scenes :)
