Sorry to moan on here so much, I am just finding keto so hard.
It's now over three weeks since I entered Ketosis on VLC. I still feel absolutely terrible. I am trembling, dizzy, sweating I have vertigo and haven't got enough energy to get up the stairs. It isn't electrolytes, I'm keeping well on top of them, it feels more like hyoglygemic. I'm having to eat lots of cheese to stop hypo attacks, so as well as feeling terrible, my cholesterol has gone through the roof too.
I'm not sure that I'm ever going to adjust to fat burning, and I can't see how this is doing me any good. I would go back to carbs in a heartbeat, but I seem to have grown intolerant to them.
I have seen numerous doctors and an endrocrinologist, who were no help at all. My blood tests all come back fine, including for electrolytes. I know there isn't anything people can do, but if anyone does have any experience with this I'd love to hear it. Thanks
