Hi,
Bit embarrassed but i should be proud so am going to ask. I am losing weight but unfortunately my skin is not very elastic. I already have a lot of stretch marks which I can just about cope with but am noticing the weight loss is starting to create a bit of "saggy skin" around my front
I have a good 20kg to go and am worried that it will end up looking awful on my stomach (I was 17st and now about 15 or so, aiming for 11 - 13)
Using lower carb and daily exercise bike (30min a day minimum) and walking when I can
Does anyone have any hints or tips on how to try and improve the impact of weightoss? I am trying bio-oil but would try anything to be honest!
there is so much to worry aboutsomething I worry about
I'm now down to about 92kg (give or take) and definitely noticing the saggy skin on my stomach and now realise I have it under my arms too.there is so much to worry aboutreally pleased your partner is supportive it makes a big difference. good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

Someone actually said to me that they could see the weight loss which was really nice and I know I should be happy about it but I really am starting to feel bad about the way I look. Guess I just need some confidence building. I mean, 16kg since my very worst is great but I just worry the further I go, the more my look will change
Maybe there are some targeted exercises I could do to supplement the bike[/QUOTE
Not sure if any of these would help but came across exercise classes on Virgin channel 100 if you have that. Looked good to dip and out of. Enjoyed watching Daley Thompson!

Keep that belt! I just keep putting more holes in mine and love seeing how it shows me how far I have come. Thanks for the kind words. Today I realised my entire wardrobe is too big and realise I have lost 4 inches off my waist since lockdown started. Not going to say I like the flabby bits but that much loss has brightened up my day a bit
my wallet may not like a new wardrobe and I’m going to hold off buying too much till I hit my goal. But feeling a bit better now and will have a look into the suggestions made
lockdown has been bad, but it’s made a change in me and I can’t complain about that
I often concentrate on "what next" and forget to acknowledge "what's done", sounds like I should be guided by you and find some old pictures (no wanna! It's really given me a boost
