It's important to do weight resistance training on a low carb diet. The body will tend to use unused muscle before it'll dip into it's fat reserves allegedly. It's thought to be a survival thing.
Allegedly indeed. I'd love to see some real science that backs that up as ketosis breaks down fat not muscle.
If low carb causes muscle wastage I wonder how Inuits whose diet is very low carb have managed to survive for countless generations?

Lots of different peoples die young. Diet isn't the only factor. How about showing some proof that an Inuits low carb diet is the cause rather than making 2 + 2 equal 5. I thought you were all for good science.
