I think it is wrong to introduce to many new things at once. How on Earth does anyone know which ones are working, and which ones are doing nothing? Also, even natural therapy`s can interact in weird ways. Where are you finding the information to make sure that isn`t the case, and they are safe to take with any other medication?

I got some off e-bay and am taking 2 a day, with food. They're 500mg per capsule, and the powder is turmeric-coloured but for all I know could be powdered camel-dung :shock: . Does anyone know of a "reputable" supplier who sells it? I'm not suggesting the supplier of these capsules is disreputable, and they have a good e-bay record, but . . .!
I don't know whether they're working, but my back's reasonably okay at the moment, even after gardening.
