maybe protein is too high ?
 

Some times it suddenly goes up for me and stays high for two weeks and back to as before after that.

Also i noticed when it goes up i skip double cream with coffees instead i drink black coffees.

Sleep quality may effect as well for me.

I had a batch of strips a few months ago which all read about 1.5 high.
