Good controlBG this morning at 6am was 5.
Food yesterday:
B = Bacon & Eggs
L = Miso Soup
D= Low carb tuna melts and cabbage fried with Chilli (delicious)
I also had a couple of glasses of Jack Daniels and diet Pepsi.
Bedtime BG @ 4.7
Any exercise?5.8 7am and I ate loads last night. Fell off the low carb wagon. Ate packet of crisps and a bag of nuts and a slice of fruit cake with butter on it. Sausage and mash for tea before that and a white flour beef wrap for lunch and 2 brown toast for breakfast. Complete mess of my food intake and 5.9 in the morning. Amazing

I find that I can get away with much when I exercise.
