I found that my high morning readings disappeared when my weight went down. Don't know whether this helps or not.Went to bed last night at 5.2 after a great day of eating low carb.
First thing this morning 7.2. No idea why or how to fix it. Maybe I'll have to start taking meds just to combat the high morning readings. Dawn phenomenon is REALLY frustrating me.
Now this morning is odd...
Had a bad huge food day yesterday just under 4000 calories a lot of nuts.. these seem to be my nemesis and I can't resist once I have started. Macadamias and peanuts(ok not really nuts and also quite carby) so I ended up having 32g of carbs which is probably double my usual amount and woke up to
5.0
Haven't got on the scales yet.. but don't think I have turned into Jason Wittrock yet but will report ketones and weight later..
