Excellent news please ignore the app and carry on exactly as you are. The warning might be for a Type 1 for whom 4.3 might be considered close to hypo but for a diet controlled T2 its exactly what you want to see.4.3 this morning after a day eating full fat greek yoghurt and strawberies for breakfast, mushroom omelette with parmesan shavings for lunch and Heck sausages, broccoli and cabbage for dinner. Then, when I entered my fasting BS on mySugr, it told me I was hypo and needed some sugar!? Truly confused as I thought the level to aim for was 4 to 5.4. Any one got any advice here please? Peace and love to all x
Phew! Thank you so much; that is a relief. My BG didn't go above 5.4 yesterday and it had me worried I might have been doing something wrong!Excellent news please ignore the app and carry on exactly as you are. Thank you. Affirmation is a good thing as I am still quite new to this having only been diagnosed in November- peace and love xx@LindsayJane If you are T2 any reading between 4-7 is ok. 4.3 is excellent.

I take metformin but I can't say it makes me suffer. I do wonder though, what would hapen if I stopped taking it. It doesn't have any bad effects on me but I'm not really happy with taking medication long term. Something to discuss with my DN....No worries.
