I can't have it often
I don't routinely test first up as it is usually pretty good ( in the 5s ).
Brekkie - Bacon, egg and tomato.
Lunch - Salad with Hungarian salami and antipasto. 1 mango
Tea - Burritos with low carb wraps ( 11g x 2 ), 2 small sq of 85% dark chocolate

Also had my quarterly HbA1c and bloods. Up a bit to 5.8 from 5.4 last time. I blame Xmas festivities and birthday.
