You are lucky to tolerate cereal,wish I couldTuesday April 30
FBG at 0645 was 5.3, food yesterday was;
Breakfast: 3/4 cup honey nut cheerios w/2% milk, black tea, 500 mg metformin
I am lucky for sure, but only with the 3/4 cup and just enough milk to float them. I am not so fortunate with Frosted Flakes, Sunny Boy, Cream of Wheat or even Grits, which all seem to make my blood sugars rise and stay up for a dog's age. Of course, I do like maple syrup on my cream of wheat or grits...You are lucky to tolerate cereal,wish I could
Well 4.9 FBG sounds excellent to me and I'm sure there are others on here who would love and agree with that! One hard boiled egg and part of an avocado does not sound like enough for human daily consumption, I'm sure others will chime in here and attempt to fill in some of your nutrition blanks...4.9.
Yesterday I ate a hard boiled egg and about 180g of avocado (weight of edible parts once I'd stoned and peeled them). I know this is nowhere near enough food, but food is still freaking me out generally and all feels like poison, and if I get too close to my recommended calorie intake I feel like I've over-eaten and am tempted to purge, and usually succumb. I've been prescribed Cymbalta to help with my depression and anxiety, starting on a low dose for a couple of weeks to help me ease into it, and it will take a few weeks after I'm on a full dose to start taking proper effect.
Great job Venkat Kommi,you have come a long way on the journey.Congrats! I see you garden,thats probably what did itMy morning Fasting Blood Glucose chart
