Teach me to be a grown-up!

Here's my choc cake. Was hoping it would rise more.

The whole cake has about 25g carbs in, maybe slightly less.
I'm in Wales hehe.
It's weird though, I used baking powder this time and it rose less than the last one I made which didn't use any lol.

Hmm, so if I eat half of it...

Wales is do-able - I have family there - I'll send them round!

Is it the Atkins decadent one you mentioned earlier? I might give it a go at Easter - that way I can appear to eat similar foods to the rest of the family and not be a total Pariah!

Hot chocolate (if you're ok to drink milk)?

Break a few squares into a mug, cover with milk, microwave in short bursts until the chocolate has softened, whisk with a "magic spoon" until blended, whisk in the remainder of the milk and microwave again until hot!

Experiment with flavourings such as orange, peppermint or sweet spices!

threads like this should be banned, I'm now sat at work drooling, unable to fix my chocolate craving............! Arrrrhhhhhhh!

Any idea what the carb content is for the ginger puddles?
Sorry, I don't know. They are made with 70% chocolate so not too bad I hope. They taste very rich and spicy so you don't need a lot. I used some as decoration on my Christmas day pudding (low carb gingerbead and lemon curd trifle)

Well, I have to say it looks like a poo in the pic...

I lined the tub with greaseproof paper and it folded back on itself, so it also looks a bit dastardly! However, it tastes truly awesome and totally grown-up!

@Enclave - I bow down to your cookery sorcery!

:D:D:D:D:D
Imagine if that was poured into a bunny mould for Easter!!
