Sorry, I don't know. They are made with 70% chocolate so not too bad I hope. They taste very rich and spicy so you don't need a lot. I used some as decoration on my Christmas day pudding (low carb gingerbead and lemon curd trifle)Any idea what the carb content is for the ginger puddles?

I lined the tub with greaseproof paper and it folded back on itself, so it also looks a bit dastardly! However, it tastes truly awesome and totally grown-up!
