A big :thumbup: to salads and vegetables. One thing I like to do with garlic is pour extra virgin olive oil over the garlic bulb and bake it in a hot oven for 30 minutes, the bulb will fall apart when ready and all you need to do is squeeze the cloves and they'll pop-out, great on salads or eaten on their own!
